Toilets and Showers

A new amenity block is now available for overnight tourers to use, this has seven individual unisex private showers, toilets and sinks, one of which is suitable for disabled persons.

An external cold water shower is located at the rear so that beach users / surfers can rinse off or maybe you want to shower your dog before allowing them into your tent / van.

No wetsuits are to be taken into the amenity block. CCTV is in operation.

Kitchen Facilities

Within the amenity block there is a separate kitchen area with a sink, draining board, kettle, microwave, toaster, and a phone charging cabinet. We hope to have Wifi within the amenity block soon.

Water and Waste

Fresh drinking water is available for all overnight tourers to use.

There is a chemical waste point in place for camper van, motorhome and caravan owners to empty their toilet cassettes. Two grey waste areas. These are available for all customers staying overnight.

8 kg Coin Operated Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer available for use.

£5 per wash and £3 for 15 minutes of drying time.

The Post Office Counter is situated in the heart of the village and open from 9am - 1230pm offering all the usual Post Office counter services

The General Store (with post office counter) is in the heart of the village and sells literally everything from drawing pins to Altbea Haggis, daily staples such as milk, rolls, bread, hot sausage rolls, pies, tea and coffee, during summer the most delicious ice cream

Petrol & Diesel

Heading West then you may want to fill up on petrol or diesel as it gets few and far between from here on in.
