Yes if you have booked you can arrive anytime from 2pm. We just ask that if you are arriving after 9.30pm then you keep noise to a minimum as some guests may have already settle for the evening.

You can book online up until midnight on the same date of arrival. If you haven't booked and do not require electric hookup then you can pitch up anywhere (not on the hard standings or near an EHU point) and either book online, text 07810021614 or email bettyhillcaravanandcampsite@gmail.com with how many are staying (over the age of 5 years), how many tents / camper vans/ caravans / cars etc, vehicle registration (if you have one) and how many nights you want to stay for and a secure payment link can be sent back to you.

You can book and pay online at the time booking or you can pay by card, apple pay, google pay, payment link, Bank Transfer (Mr Reay Mackenzie trading as Dunveaden House, Royal Bank of Scotland, Sort Code 83-27-23, Account Number 00698017) or cash.

No at this time there is no reception as the owner is also a farmer and often tied up with farming. An information email is sent out to all persons who book a pitch prior to their arrival on what to do when you arrive and what's on in and around the village of Bettyhill. There are contact numbers provided should you need to speak to some one and there will be someone checking CCTV and coming to the site daily.

Yes, there is 7 individual large shower rooms each with an electric shower, sink and toilet in each. There is an external cold water shower. There is a small kitchen with a sink, kettle, toaster, microwave, microwave with grill and a coin operated washing machine and tumble drier. Mops are provided to clean after use. These facilities are cleaned daily by the campsite staff however please bear in mind that they are only as clean as the last person that used them, we cannot provide staff to clean the showers after each individual use.

You can turn up on the day however, electric hookup is limited so you are better booking.You cannot just turn up onto a hardstanding as these are just for booking online and are for electric hookup only.If you have a small tent and do not require electric hookup turning up on the day is generally ok. Bookings can be made online up until midnight of the day of arrival.
